Indigo Pasta Bento
I'm trying Indigo colored pasta I bought at Aldi's! Never had it before, so I hope it's good! For your viewing pleasure, to the right, please find: Tunisian Carrot Salad topped with a raw radish flower, cauliflower, peas, snow peas, fried tofu, mini roma tomato, ball of fresh mozzarella and a Chocolate Ladybug! To the left, please find: Lychee, Indigo Pasta, Broccoli, Water Chestnuts, Carrot, Roasted Radishes and Shredded Lemon Pepper Chicken! I'm still amazed at how much stuff can be crammed into these little boxes! Happy Bento making to all! Guten Appetit!
I cooked pasta first
I used liquid saved from previous BBQ cooking where I precooked ribs in pressure cooker. I used THAT liquid to cook pasta.
